Pedersen Machine Tools ApS carries a name with deep roots in Danish machine tool history. The original Vilh. Pedersen A/S machine factory was founded in Høng in 1910 and later became known for the Pedersen milling machines exported to industrial customers worldwide.

The present company continues that heritage through a modern Danish ownership platform. In 2019, the Pedersen machine tool activities were acquired in cooperation between Metalmaskiner A/S and DenTool ApS and are today operated as Pedersen Machine Tools ApS.
Today, Pedersen Machine Tools ApS is owned by DenTool ApS and Metalmaskiner ApS. This relationship makes sales, tools, accessories, installation, service and support part of one coherent operational platform.
